Antique 1880s-1910s hand-sewn quilt in truly amazing condition with bold & well-thought out blocks done in gorgeous chintz and calico on a vibrant blue field of expert hand-quilting. Reverse side is a moody black floral cotton. A nice larger size quilt with considerable weight though not thick, good for chilly/colder weather.

Condition: excellent, just one what looks to be a burn mark

This antique quilt has been hand-washed and hung in the air to dry.It is always recommended to soak quilts to wash and lay or hang in the sun to dry.
Do not wash an antique quilt in the washing machine.
